The hotel could have been a little better in terms of room quality and cleanliness but still managed to offer me another room when they were overbooked. The service ensured my stay was good, even at 5 AM in the morning. The location is central and convenient, with many restaurants nearby, though it is a bit small and not well-ventilated. The morning breakfast had a good selection of fruit, cereal, bread, jams, and juice, catering to continental, north Indian, and south Indian preferences. The facilities were adequate for my needs.
The hotel rooms were very spacious and well-maintained, ensuring a fine stay. Despite some issues with overbooking, I would consider booking here again, taking the age of the property into consideration.
I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The quaint character and charming view from the room were delightful, but the check-out process could have been smoother. The location was convenient, although the lack of proper ventilation was a downside for me.
